How can I migrate exchange 2010 to 2013 server? Can I keep both the exchange 2010 and 2013 forever? Can I directly update exchange 2003 to 2013?

Improve To Migrate Exchange 2010 To 2013 In One Easy Lesson

You can migrate your current exchange directly to the 2013 server but exchange 2010 must be running SP3 before the installation of exchange 2013. And you must update all the supported clients to their latest versions like Outlook to Outlook 2007 and Office to Office 2013 as the previous versions of these software would not work on exchange 2013.

While migrating to Exchange 2013, there will be a time when your server will be having both the exchanges and hence you can keep both or simply upgrade to latest as you wish.

No, you cannot directly migrate exchange 2003 to 2013, first you have to migrate exchange 2003 to 2007 or 2010, and then only you can upgrade to the exchange 2013.
