In My PC, Wlxphotobase.dll Missing, What Should Be Done?

In my computer I found an error, which states wlxphotobase.dll missing. I tried to clean my computer with an antivirus and still to able to fix the issue. What should be done?

In My PC, Wlxphotobase.dll Missing, What Should Be Done?

Method 1:

Place the PC in clean boot and make sure which function is causing the problem.
