Hi. I have some problems getting my tables and data into my general accounting PPT presentation. Can anyone share what software they are using that somehow doesn’t have any problems when it is converted into a PPT file, for client viewing of the data? I do not want just screen captures as I was thinking of having it flexible so we can change the numbers and see results into the presentation. Thanks.
Incorporating data in general accounting PPT presentation
I guess your tables are in Excel format. If so, then you can easily incorporate data and tables from excel to PPT and make the presentation dynamic too.
1. You can simply copy and paste special/paste to incorporate the part of data or the charts that you have in excel.
2. You can copy whole worksheet by going to Home, then go ‘Clipboard’ and click on ‘Copy’. Then click on the PPT and again go to Home and paste. You can choose to “Keep source formatting” or “Use the destination theme” or else just “Keep text only”.
Now the excel data and PPT is linked and if you change any value of the tables or charts in excel, it will be updated in PPT automatically. So, you can change the numbers and see results into the presentations.
