Recently, I am using Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Mac. I love almost everything about it. The only problem is that it sends group messages to each person’s contact or in the thread. It becomes visible when clicking the ungroup/group button. Can this feature of viewing messages be disabled or simplified. How do I change the settings to increase the level of privacy?

Increasing the level of privacy in MS Outlook for Mac

To change the feature of viewing messages in group will be disable by following steps:
Â
Just go to "View" on the top and uncheck the "Organize by Conversation" option. You should also do "Sort by Date" in the View toolbar as well. That should handle it. You could also do this by each individual folder of mailbox so it's really customizable and great!

Hope this helps!!
Increasing the level of privacy in MS Outlook for Mac
Hello Malina Foster,
You have to change your settings a bit. All you need is to go to your view tool bar after that you have to uncheck the button of organizing by conversion. That is the thing which is creating problems for you. You can also select any type of view from that category that you like to use. After that i think that you will never get that problem again in your outlook. After that if you still got that one problem then reinstall the software or you can troubleshoot by default debugger.
