“Incredimail Installation” is not working. What is not right with the installation?

I need help to resolve this, can anyone help me out.

Incredimail Installation has encountered a problem and must exit.

Hello, Scot.

Your system has not been modified means that nothing  has changed with it (as if you weren't running an installation process).

 Incredimail Installation is not working because you should download the full setup file for IncrediMail.

Please, try this because other people with the same problem fixed it.

Download the full set up from the following link, save to desktop and install.
