Hi friends,

I am using Samsung Galaxy Ace. I want to connect it with my Windows XP operated computer. I am looking for the information regarding to connection Samsung ace window xp . Please experts tell me your opinion. After your instructions I hope I can do this without any problem.

Hello Ted,

Your Samsung Galaxy Ace Mobile Phone is compatible with your Windows XP Computer. All you need to do is to download and install the driver or what they call "Kies" so that your computer could recognize your phone. 

 

You can download it at the link: https://www.samsung.com/us/

 

After installing it you could either use the software application for managing files or the USB connection for managing it using windows explorer but you also need to enable the USB connection on your phone.
