Currently there are lots of instant messenger soft wares and web sites available on the internet. (EX: Yahoo Messenger, Skype…)

If you are Windows user then Windows live messenger is good for your computer.

Windows live messenger is very easy to use and it provides both audio and video conference facilities for users.

Skype is also best choice as instant messenger.

It is very popular among most of the internet users.

Also you can use Meebo as a web based chat applications.
