Hi,
I would like to insert files and emails in my Outlook Calendar entries. Sharing the calendar with others will help me organize it, however I do not want them to open it and see the details. I have tried adjusting the permission levels, but that did not help. How can I make this happen? Please help.

Inserting e-mails and files to Outlook

Hello,
Inserting files and calendar entries in outlook is NOT common, but yes it is possible. By inserting your calendar entries in E-mail will resolve your issue and also will not require sharing and permissions etc.
Here is the procedure how to do this:
· Open a new Email in outlook, and on the attach button normally used has another option other than file, and that is “ITEM”
· Click on “ITEM” and another screen pop up, from which you can choose anything, from Calendar event, contact card, E Mail, tasks etc.
· As soon as the receiver of the message get the mail, he or she can simply ADD the same to his existing item, for example, if calendar event is sent, he/she can add it to his/her calendar event
Hope, you can now easily manage with this simple tip
