Window XP is unable to start, even the CD of my Window XP is not working. It is generating an error 32768 and displaying File\i386\biosinf.inf could not be loaded.

Installation Error Message, Generating Error 32768 Saying That It Is Not Able To Load Filei386biosinf.inf (Error 32768).

Your hard drive may have failed. You can test your hard drive by using drive diagnostics software, this software is available at no cost and you can run them from a bootable CD.

You can directly fix the error by downloading Windows Error 32768-repair utility. After downloading the software, install it and start the scan. A list of errors will appear. You can remove them by clicking fix button. At last, restart the computer.
