The installation of Octoshape Streaming Services failed.

Hi,

I received an error message while installing Octoshape on my Mac. My machine is running with latest configuration. I downloaded the same from the respective directory but the same program remains unchanged. How can I get a remedy of this problem? Please help.

Hi Martin,

Have you tried these instructions:

1. https://support.octoshape.com/hc/en-us/restricted?return_to=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.octoshape.com%2Fhc&locale=1 and install the binaries from the link? I've found that various players will install different Octoshape versions. The latest one from Octoshape's website is always the newest. Also, I would try to uninstall first before.

2. In the same page there is a installation article as well.
