Hi guys, My post here is about the problem I encountered while installing Nero Kwik Media, in the middle of the installation process I received an error message, that is telling me that there are some components that cannot be installed, while others are successfully installed, and it will roll back the installation process.

Nero Kwik Media- The installation process cannot be resumed. A rollback of the failed component will be performed. Some applications have been installed successfully and can be used. Do you want these applications to be uninstalled?

I keep on repeating the process all over again with same error I meet, until I replaced my installer with another copy, but unfortunately the same error message will be given to me, please share you ideas on this error message that i received, thanks a lot.

Hi, In this case, if you found errors during the installation process you will need to use the Nero Clean Tool before you install Nero Kwik Media.

First is you have uninstall the programs when you use Nero General Clean Tool, by doing the download first the Nero General Clean tool in this link:

http://www.nero.com/ena/support/?vlang=au then save it into your desktop.

Unzip the file and save its content into your hard drive, Double click the unzipped exe.file to start Clean Tool. When Nero General  Clean Tools opens. The Nero installed version will display, now check the boxes in the displayed Nero Version, then click Clean. You will see a status window opens. Wait for a few minutes for the process to finish, once down and the Clean Tool removed all the Nero entries, Reinstall Nero Kwik Media again.
