Changing boot screen means you will not be able to see the windows logo during booting.
Follow these steps:

First you have to download high quality transformer pictures.

Install this software.

Run the software and select the transformer's picture for boot screen.

Follow these steps:

Create a folder and store some images for the logon screen.

Now browse and select the previously created image folder.

There are a lot places where you can download boot skin applications for free. I downloaded mine from https://www.stardock.com/. A very good site where you can learn a lot from. You can search for nice bootskins. There is a forum too, if you need help to create your own bootskin.
