You can install the same for MS website.’ It contains the ‘No’, Yes’ and ‘Close’ options.

Hello, you might wish to use System Restore to roll back your machine to the date when Windows Media Player was working.
Â
If System Restore does not work, you can try the following steps to find out the cause of error.
-
Click Start >  Run > Type in ‘cmd’ then press Enter.Â
-
Type in ‘sfc /scannow’ in Command Prompt and then press Enter.Â
-
It will run a bit time. Be patient and wait until it is completed. If it finds any cause of error, you may fix it.
You might also wish to use System Restore under Safe Mode.
Â
Hope this could help. Thanks and regards.
