Installed Auto GK and found the error message

Hello,

I installed Auto GK and found the following error message when tried to open MPEG2 video file saying “No video streams were found”. What could be the cause of this error? How can I open this file using Auto GK? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Installed Auto GK and found the error message

First step is to test the video in VLC since it has built- in mpeg2 codec. If it works fine, then proceed to the second step. Otherwise, your media may be corrupted.

Rename the mpeg2 file with .m2v extension because AutoGK won't accept videos with .mpeg2 extensions. Reopen the video and it should work fine. This is because AutoGK currently doesn't support demuxed audio or video files. Therefore, try to mix them first before starting it.
