Installed FAAST to play PC games using KINECT but it won’t run

I've been trying to play PC games using my Kinect using the FAAST Software. I had the software installed, but it wouldn't run. Nothing happens when I click on the icon. I don't get any error messages either. Did I miss anything? Do you think it's an OS compatibility issue? I have Win 8.

Hello,

 

Visit the website of the producers of FAAST to ensure that you have all necessary components of the middleware (i.e., drivers, runtime environments, libraries, etc.). Also, ensure that your operating system is updated and look for device driver bundle downloads on the OS website. Check the Kinect website for any updates you have possibly missed.
