Installed SI on my system but when running it getting error message

Hello,

I installed SI on my system but when I attempted to run it, I got the following error message. Is this a location problem or something else? Where should be located SI? I would be really appreciated your help. Bundle of thanks.

Hi there Donald V Roark,

 

Only two things could cause your problem – one is incompatibility with your system and another is a small catch needed to be done in order to install the software properly.

 

Please, check if you've downloaded and installed the right version of the software, the one compatible with your OS. If this is the problem, simply remove the software and install the right version.

 

Setting up the SI requires few not so usual steps and most likely you missed the second one. Once you've inserted the CD into your CD ROM and installed the software, it will only extract it to the wished destination.

The second step of installation includes opening that folder, and running the setup.exe that is placed there. Once you run the setup, the wizard will guide you through the rest of the installation and your software should work.
