Installer Information error when tried to install EndNotwWeb 3.0

Hi,

I am running Windows 7 Operating System with IE 8 and I got the following error message when I tried to install EndNoteWeb 3.0 on my machine. What could be the causes? How can I fix this properly? Need your assistance as soon as possible.

Thanks for any help.

Error 1904.Module C:program filescommon filesMSSoapBinariesSOAPISAP.dll failed to register.

Installer Information error when tried to install EndNotwWeb 3.0

It looks like the application you are trying to install is not 64 bits compatible, you should get the 32 bits version and try to reinstall, if you still getting the error try installing the application providing administrator privileges (right click on the .exe file and choose “Run as administrator”), the IE version is not important in this problem.

Hi,

You need to update your EndNote. This is definitely important. The internet explorer might also have the bearing and be the reason for this fault. In that case you need to make sure that you use the 32 bit IE and not the 64 bit IE. It does seems that it is creating problem. Hope this will solve your problem.
