Here are the steps which can help you install linux webserver from USB. Hope this help.
First you have to prepare your USB.
Boot your computer from your USB flash drive.
From the directory of your USB create a folder and rename it “install”
Copy the installer from this folder.
From the installation ISO, copy the folder to the root directory of your USB device, you can rename it to ‘syslinux’
Make the stick bootable by using fdisk to set the boot flag.
Install syslinux
Then use syslinux to install a boot sector on your USB device.
