Here is my suggestion but be careful in following the procedure as you may encounter fatal error deleting unwanted keys.
1. Go to registry error
Vista – click Start, type “regedit” on the Search box and press enter
XP – click Start, then Run and type “regedit” and OK
2. Find the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftSilverlight and select
3. Choose delete on the edit menu, and yes to confirm
4. Click Exit on the file menu to exit the editor
5. Reinstall your Silverlight
I hope this help you.
