Installing software in Android phone

Hi, I’m using Windows 7 on my PC. I want to install any software for my android phone.

But there is an error message that appears.

I have also tried rebooting; it doesn’t work to get the program to load completely.

Installing software in Android phone

Hi Laurel!

There seems to be a problem in downloading in the Bonjour component of the installation process.

To fix this try to follow the steps below.

Method 1

• Try to download Bonjour separately here 
• Run the executable file and follow the Wizard Instructions there.
• Install doubleTwist again.

Method 2

• Go to start and in the search box type%temp%
• Empty the contents of the temp folder by deleting it. Make sure that Application.exe is removed.
• Install doubleTwist again.

Method 3

• Update your .NET Framework by downloading it here.
• Run the executable file and install.
• After the installation is finished, try to install doubleTwist again.
