This problem with Graal 4 is really very confusing. If you are running Microsoft Windows XP x64, you will surely encounter a problem either when installing Graal 4 or running the game after the installation. When using x64 Microsoft Windows XP, clicking on the Graal 4 setup file will result to nothing as if you didn’t click on the file.

Sometimes Graal users fixed their problem by running the installer on a different folder. For Microsoft Windows XP users that are on 64-bit, this operating system architecture is really not supported. It only works on x86 Microsoft Windows XP. If you have a problem installing the game, create a new folder and name it “graal” something like “C:graal”.

Run the installer inside the graal folder and see if it works. Another possible reason is the Windows Defender. If you have this installed on your computer, try uninstalling and reinstalling it. Uninstall Windows Defender, restart your computer, and install Windows Defender back. After that, try installing Graal 4 again and see if it works.

If you still can’t make it run, uninstall Windows Defender again then restart your computer. After that, click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and select Disk Cleanup. Choose drive C and click OK. Check “Temporary files” and click OK. Wait until it is finished and then restart your computer. Next, install Graal 4 and it should work this time. If the installation runs, don’t install Windows Defender. Just use other reliable antivirus to replace it.
