Instruct on free public ftp server lists?

Hi Experts,

I am in need of free public FTP server lists.

I did Google search but the lists I got was not what I want.

Any networking expert may be knowing how to get a list.

The criteria is public FTP servers.

Hi,

There are many free public ftp servers available on the internet. They are easy to use and user friendly. Few open source servers are:

1. FileZilla

2. Synsax multi server

3. War FTP Daemon

According to me you should try FileZilla as it is easy for beginners. It has a user friendly interface so you will have no difficulty using it.

Hi Mich,

There are few free public ftp servers available. Most of them provide sufficient storage.

You can try filegenie or drivehq. It is recommended to encrypt the data before posting to free public servers. The data can be encrypted using TrueCrypt. You can set the password also before posting to servers.
