Hello,

I need a help desk tool to integrate on my website which support all types of CMS and also supports mobile application such as iPhone and Android? Would WordPress have iPhone and Android integration. Can anyone give any idea?

I am more than happy to help you with your concern. How about using ZenDesk? Its a good one which you could make use of. You can find more about this here. FreshDesk is also a good option. To know more about more features of FreshDesk you can go the site and check. Both these tools are good options for you to integrate helpdask on your website with iPhone and Android integration support. In case if you are using wordpress you will find helpdesk plugin available there, but not sure whether you can employ iPhone, Android integration.
