I am using Windows XP in Toshiba, I am in need of Intel chipset device software Toshiba to solve the driver related problems. Where should I get the same.

Hello,

Intel chipset is one of the most popular chipset and also, a good chipset for PC. They have also created drivers for this hardware. The driver can be found here.

It will install INF files for Windows. INF files contains the information of a piece of hardware and saves it in the system.
