Intel Rapid Start Technology Software

Hi all 

I run an Asus P8Z77-VLX board and a 120GB Intel 520 Series 2.5inch SSD.

I got a problem. When I try to set up the 'Intel Rapid Start Technology' drivers I find the error "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software."

I've also tried to set the SATA controller in both RAID & AHCI as well as I get the similar error message in both times. I am using Windows 7 64-bit.

How can I solve it? Please give a solution.

Intel Rapid Start Technology Software

Hello Don,

For your computer to be able to meet the requirements need, you will need to check it and make sure that it complies with the following information:

• The computer should be an IntelGen with 3 CPUs.
• The computer should have an Intel 7 series Chipset.
• It should be using a Solid Sate Drive.
• Check the BIOS support for your computer.

You will also need to check with the manufacturer of the motherboard that you are using to verify if there are any BIOS settings needed for it as well as a BIOS update.
