Intel announced SSD 300 series drives but it seems like 180GB is the biggest one.

Is there anything bigger out there?

Yes the world's fastest, largest capacity Optimus SSD, a drive with up to a record 1.6TB in storage that can also read up to a gigabyte of data per second. The 2.5-inch drive also promises write speeds of 500MB/s and will be available in smaller 200GB, 400GB, and 800GB capacities, in addition to that 1.6TB monster.

Smart Modular Technologies is the maker of this SSD with storage capacity of 1.6TB in storage.

Hi,

For the SSD 300 series, there is a 240GB capacity, 2.5 inch SATA drive product named Intel SSD 335 Series. Here is also Intel SSD 330 series of the same capacity and size with a lithography of 25 nm while Series 335 has 20nm.

Intel SSD 320 Series has a 600GB capacity of the same size with an interface of SATA-3.0 GB/s.
