Internal error message shown with Protector Suite 2009

Hi,

I just installed Protector Suite 2009 on my computer and suddenly encountered an internal error message. I can’t understand this error. I have tried to reinstall the application but the problem remained. How can I fix this issue? I want resolution as soon as possible. Thanks for any help.

Internal error message shown with Protector Suite 2009

The first thing you should do to fix your protector suite is to find the reader program in the "add/remove" programs. Then reinstall in the hard drive.

If the error persists, uninstall again but this time, delete the following before reinstalling:

1. Program files/protector suite sql

2. Program files/ common files/ protector suite sql

3. Documents and settings/ username/ application data protector suite
