Are you using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer?  Sometimes I get this problem with trying to access some sites with my Chrome but there are many causes as to why we can’t browse some websites. Here are a few things that you can check:

  • Your browser might be attempting to connect thru a proxy server. Try connecting with your proxy server off

  • You might have incorrect browser settings. To change connection settings, Go to Start> Control Panel > Network and Internet and then Internet Options.Click on Connections, check your settings and make the necessary setting adjustments

  • If you’re using a router, your router might be attempting to proxy DNS requests. Refer to your router manual for instructions on disabling DNS proxying

  • Parental Controls, Family Safety or a firewall could be blocking access to certain websites. Check on this one and make the necessary adjustments
