Internet Explorer 9 won’t install on 32-bit Dell Machine

Although I was able to install internet explorer 9 on a 64-bit machine, I am experiencing problems while trying to install it on a 32-bit Dell machine. Every attempt to install it returns an error message. This message directs me to a web page that offers four possible solutions to the installation problem of internet Explorer 9. Application of the solutions has however not enabled the installation of the Explorer 9. Browsing the internet in search of a solution to the problem with the explorer 9 has yielded no solution. I am of the opinion that the problem I am encountering while installing explorer 9 is a result of the “trusted installer” common with Dell products.

Do you know the solution to my problem?

Thank you.

I suggest you enable built-in administrator, disable UAC, security software and firewall to run the .exe setup file. You may also check your computer data by:

1. Click Start

2. Click Run

3. Type "dxdiag"

You'll see everything about your computer when it open. Check what version it is then see if it is compatible with the OS you are using. Like i said in other questions here that users must consider the compatibility to make it work on your computer. For some reasons, lot of users don't like using 64-bit because of the bugs. Even though, bugs in 64-bit are mostly the problem I'm sure developer are already working it out to improvise the 64-bit software to avoid system crash.
