You need to disable first the add-ons that causing the issue.
Then go to Internet Explorer menu you’ll find it at the top now select the “File” and press “Exit”
Now go to “Start” menu tab, select the “All Programs” then click “Accessories” and select “System Tools”
Choose “Internet Explorer with no add-ons”
Go back to “Start” menu tab, and “All Programs” then select “Internet Explorer”
In the menu, at the top select “Tools” then choose“Manage Add-on”
After that select “Enable or Disable Add-ons”
You’ll find that add-ons are disabled at the moment.
Now choose your preferred Add-on from the directory of add –ons, then click “Enable” icon, then tap “Ok”
You may try to enable all the Add-on one at a time until you distinguish which of the add on that caused your Internet Explorer to freeze up.
Once you found the add on, choose “Disable”
Solution 1:
Try running internet explorer on safe mode. You can access it by typing system tools on the search box when you press the Windows Start button or simply type internet explorer. Then, stop all add-on by accessing it through Tools and then Manage Add-Ons.
Disable all then close it. Restart you normal Internet Explorer and then one by one enabling each add on while also closing it and then opening it again to find the source of the problem.
Solution 2:
You might also consider changing your web browser like Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari or Google Chrome.
You can install and try all to see which fits your preference.
