Internet explorer only works in safe mode

My internet explorer only works in safe mode. Is there any way to resolve the problem? Do you have any suggestions how can I solve his problem?

Internet explorer only works in safe mode

This is happening to your computer because may be you made any changes prior to this issue. As you have the ability to access the Internet Explorer on Safe mode, then go ahead to perform boot cleaning and verify if this issue remains.
After finishing the troubleshooting, then reset your computer to start normally.
The reset of the Settings of Internet Explorer feature may reset the privacy settings or security settings or the settings which you already added in the "Trusted Sites" list. The Reset of the settings of Internet Explorer feature may also reset the settings of parental control.
