Internet Explorer Script Running Error

Hi, it's Rendy here,

Need some help on an issue of Internet Explorer. My internet Explorer was working just fine but today morning when I opened it and explored yahoo site it started giving this script error as in the image attached.

 

 

Stop running this script?

 

A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly.

 

If it continues to run, you computer may become unresponsive.

 

I don’t know why this error occurs because it says stop running the script where as I don’t see any script running in the task pane or task manager. And one more thing after this error appears the explorer gets hanged and then automatically shutdown.

 

Then I opened the task manager and shutdown all running applications but got no solution. Then I just restarted the explorer and visited another site and it was working fine but as soon as I re-opened the yahoo site error re-appeared.

 

Can anyone tell me what the solution to this is?

Internet Explorer Script Running Error

Hello Rendy,

You are encountering this problem because Internet Explorer finds difficulty in running the web page you are requesting. These scripts were done by some web developers and it becomes common to web browsers to encounter this problem like yours.

 

This error is unavoidable since a lot of scripts are running in different web pages like YAHOO for instance. You can try fixing this problem by installing FIX IT SOFTWARE of Microsoft.

 

Just visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/308260/how-to-troubleshoot-script-errors-in-internet-explorer for more information. If you can still encounter this problem and tired seeing the Internet Explorer Script Errors since it is annoying, you can disable the error message by following the steps below:

• In your Internet Explorer Window, open the Tools menu.
• Select the Internet Options menu item.
• Select the Advanced tab.
• Check the box with "Disable script debugging" label and.
• Uncheck the box with "Display a notification about every script error".
• Click the OK button.

 

A friendly advice, install additional web browser like Firefox, Google Chrome or Opera in order to have options when surfing the net.

Internet Explorer Script Running Error

Hi Rendy,

It is annoying and embarrassing problem. To solve the issue please follow the instructions below.

• You have able to ignore the error script by configuring the Internet Explorer.
• Go to the Internet explorer.
• Then go to the tools menu and click on the Internet option.
• Go to the Advanced tab menu.
• You can see “Disable script debugging” option and put a arrow mark in the box.
• Now you can see the “Display a notification about every script error” and you have to put out the arrow mark from the box.

 

 

If the issue will not be solved then I am sure your computer was attacked by spyware or malware. Use the kaspersky Internet security 2011 with license key and scan your computer. I hope this issue will be solved.
