Looking at the work technology and internet to be specific has done we cannot say internet technology is expensive to the people of the world depending on what you want to use the internet for. Depending on what mode you access the internet with can either reduce or increase expenses. What amount of data you download also matters. It also depends if you are using high speed it can also be two way either beneficial in that transmission of data and access if faster. But if it is a modem then depending with your service provider this may mean using alot of money to access and download information. When traffic is high the ISP can decide to throttle back the traffic, so everything that has an advantage has a disadvantage.

Hi Rajesh,

I will say that there is some truth in your argument that some people benefit from the internet by just having a computer and not the expert skills in information and communication technology, but that is not entirely true. With a computer that has internet somebody can be involved in online jobs like writing articles, and may be they are jobs that pay well. In such jobs IT skills will not be something to consider that much since the articles can be of any profession, hence someone who has a passion for research will benefit more. But even with that, someone has to be knowledgeable in IT in some way, to know how online transactions work, the risks that may be involved and so forth, hence the person is an IT expert on some sense.

Lee Hung.

Computer and Internet are the key components to make the so-called expert become an expert. Internet Technology does have everything, well almost everything.

You can do research at anything you want and it'll give you answers to your questions. This does however, require certain skills to be practice and learned.

Computer professionals at some point, in their early years of learning doesn't know how to use computers. It is because of this so-called natural born talent "Skills", gave them the edge to understand computers.

In their intangible way to learn computers, they study how it works and what does this benefits to their lives. They use of course Internet during the course of their studies because it has the answers to their questions, well most of them.

Books, dictionaries needs to read and the content inside. To know the stories, for you to learn more words and meanings. You must understand deeper on how things going on. In computers, Internet is needed to make use of this technology and it's functions.

Have you ever use your computer without Internet? The answer would probably YES, however you can easily identify the importance between computer does have Internet access from the one that doesn't. Computer does not have Internet has limited usage, probably allows you to copy, edit, save and play games with pre-installed software. Books and computer must be read and explore, and it requires you the skills to understand.

In closing thought, I don't agree that Internet technology creates more computer professionals because mainly of Internet. It is the medium of learning to make more computer professionals more equipped and knowledgeable. It is it's "skills" would still be the main factor of learning because without this, we will never learn things that is new to us.
