IPad Available In More Countries
I see that by the end of the month iPad will be available in more countries. My friend from Serbia wants to know if Serbia is on the list? Thanks.

Apple iPad will be launching in 23 new countries on Friday, May 11th and 7 additional markets on Saturday, May 12th.
On May 11th the tablet will launch in Argentina, Aruba, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Kenya, Madagascar, Malta, Martinique, Mauritius, Morocco, Peru, Taiwan, Tunisia, Vietnam.
On May 12th the new iPad will be available in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.
So, as we can Serbia is not on the list for now.
However, more countries are likely to be added and Serbia can be expected to be rostered then.
It is almost four years already since you posted this question and iPad is already available in Serbia. Unfortunately, even until now Serbia is not yet supported or is not yet included among the countries that iTunes supports. Meaning, even if you have an iPad and you are in Serbia, you still won’t be able to purchase apps on iTunes.
So, having an iPad in Serbia seems useless since you cannot install applications like the ones you needed most. One of their excuses is that there are not enough sales in Serbia. Up until now, this thing is still a problem and there is no solution. This is like discrimination. If you are from Serbia, you can probably fake your information or maybe create a US Apple account.
But by doing this, you will be violating Apple’s policy. One Serbian user said that when he tried purchasing a CD from a TV show on iTunes, he noticed that his country is not listed. But even if this is the case, he tried purchasing the item selecting Croatia as his country even if it is not thinking that he could buy the item.
As a result, he now can’t buy anything.
