Hello Team,

When I am trying to restore my iPad previous settings it is not allowing me to restore to the previous version how can I be able to do that?

The iPad “luigi’s iPad” could not be restored. An internal error occurred.

Hi there user:

Disconnect USB from the port of your iPad that was connected to your laptop and then turn-off. Press and hold the Sleep/wake button. Reconnect the USB cable, and you will see your unit light-up with an indication of charging. Now press the Home button until you see ‘Connect to iTunes’ on its screen. You can now open the iTunes and then hit the ‘Recovery Mode’. Now recover you iPad.

Now you can restore your iPad’s settings (default) without trouble.
