iPhone error during the connecting with a MAC

Hi there,

Today I have connected my iPhone with my laptop and this error appeared. I don’t have much experience with such devices and is there an expert online that can help me to fix this ? Is my iPhone broke or I have some errors with my laptop ?

iPhone error during the connecting with a MAC

Hello Andre, 

Generally this issue is related to hardware and require repairing. But you can try below solution before sending it to repair.

1. Check if  iTunes and computer OS is up-to-date.

2. Disconnect all USB connected to the computer. Then connect iPhone with the cable.

3. Temporary disable the antivirus or your system.
