When I tried to turn on my iPHONE and Reboot it, my iPHONE goes black screen and an error message appears "Script error from content provider". Apple gave me a brand new one today as a replacement of my old one.
Is there something wrong with the unit? Did I press something wrong?

Error iPHONE “Script error from content provider”
This is not an error of iPHONE. So don't worry about this matter. This is Telus network problem. So these people will solve this. So be patient and wait.

If Apple gave you a brand new one as a replacement for the other one that you previously have, yes it is possible that there is really a problem with the phone physically.
Maybe it has a product or factory defect and needs to be checked and returned to the factory. That’s the use of having a product warranty on any gadgets or devices. If ever something goes wrong with the unit, like for example a factory defect or unusual device behavior, you can easily return the device and ask for a replacement.
This is usually the policy. Not unless you tampered with the device and will cause your warranty to be void.
Maybe the phone’s software got corrupted that’s why you get a black screen when you open the phone as a result.
