IPhone Maps application – Voice Navigation

Is anybody has any idea about the planning of Google and Apple for enabling the voice navigation in the iPhone Maps Applications?

‘iOS 5’ and ‘Siri’ is giving great results in searching things in the map. But when I use my phone as GPS device on driving, it is to be looked on my phone to view the next turn and it is disturbing the driving. Lot of other devices has the voice navigation including the first generation Motorola Droid. 

The free MapQuest application is doing a good job when we use the iPhone as GPS device. If it is having the voice navigation, that will be very helpful. Please provide me some inputs and suggestions.

IPhone Maps application – Voice Navigation

Hello Jayson Bradwell, I have read your issue on voice navigation for iPhones. I have experience the same issue when I tried use Google maps on my iPhone. Google navigations have voice applications on Android for free. Google has been working a GPS device that would help iPhone users on map guides but the GPS voice navigation named turn by turn is not available on iPhone. The apps for voice navigation on iPhone need to be purchased for $ 59.99. There updates on the iPhones for the navigation system so users can avail it for free and avoid the hassle of looking to your iPhone while driving
