Hi
I'm using iPhone 3Gs for the last 7 months. Two days ago suddenly, when I opened my calculator icon, it was not working. I tried several times, but it frizzed and nothing was happening. I tried to restore, but still it's not working.
I used it very carefully, so no accident had occurred with my iPhone. I don't know what happened.
Please can someone help me?
Cheers,
Chris.

Try rebooting your phone first by holding the power button and the home button simultaneously for over 15 sec or until flickers and shuts down. Press the power button for a few seconds and it will restart. If this won't work try to reset or restore from backup. If it still doesn't fix the problem, it could be that you have a bad screen or maybe moist inside that causes the problem.
Last resort is to call Apple care (800)-6947466 or to go to your nearest apple store and have it checked. Take your warranty if it is still under warranty.

There are several key codes available for iPod to reset it functional. Also you can reinstall the software for your iPod which will again able you to use your iPod if the software is corrupted.
You can go to your next step computer or mobile shop or consult a technician for new software update. Also check that your iPod buttons are working correctly. If it contain touch screen then you need to fix the mid point for your touch screen and set its resolution. After you go through these steps you will be able to solve your problem.
I think this will help you a lot to fix your problem.
