IPod software update server problem
Greetings..
I just experience this trying to update my ipod and this can be because the servers are swamped or because there are network problems somewhere in the great internet sky or your internet connection is not active. Â I have some suggestion for this and step by step procedure:
For Window XP
*From the start menu, choose Control panel.
*Open the Internet Options control panel.
*click the connections tab.
*click the LAN settings button.
*Select the "automatically detect settings" checkbox.
*click OK in both windows.
*Reopen itunes and connect your iphone, ipad, or ipod.
*Update or restore your device.
FOR Windows VISTA and Windows 7
*From the start menu, choose control panel
*select network and internet and select internet options. Or in classic view, open the internet options control panel.
*click the connections tab.
*select the automatically detect settings checkbox.
*click ok in both windows.
*reopen itunes and connect your iphone, ipad, or ipod.
*update or restore your device.
I hope it will help you to solve this issue.
