Hello everyone,

I work on Excel a lot. Everyday requires entering a lot of records. Is there any way of finding duplicates in Excel values? If yes please provide me the procedure for it.

Is It Possible To Finding Duplicates In Excel In Terms Of Values?

Yes, you can highlight the similar values in excel.

Step1. Populate your sheet with the data.

Step2. Select the range within you want to find the duplicate data.

Step3. Choose conditional formatting at the home tab.

Step4. Click Highlight Cells Rules, and select Duplicate Values.

Step5. You will notice a change in the sheet; all the duplicate values will be highlighted.
