I am trying to connect my iPhone with iTunes on my Windows 10 PC. I am getting a 0xe80000a error, and I am unable to connect. I checked that the USB is working well and performed updates of my Windows, iTunes, and my phone. Please help.

You can get the 0xe80000a error due to faulty settings on your phone or laptop. I will show you to fix both the things and something should work.
Method 1
a. Open Settings on your iPhone.
b. Go to General.
c. Click on Reset.
d. Click on the Reset Location & Privacy option.
e. Click on Reset Settings.
f. Restart your phone.
g. Try to connect.
Method 2
a. Press Windows + R on your keyboard.
b. Type %ProgramData% and press enter.
c. Open the Apple folder.
d. Rename the Lockdown folder to Lockdown.old.
e. Restart your laptop.
f. Try to connect.
You can try to re-install iTunes after uninstalling it.
