Techyv! I'm having issues accessing my emc cloud presentation powerpoint. Can anyone help me with the correct procedure on how to access my presentation? Urgent help needed. Thanks so much indeed.

Issue with emc cloud presentation powerpoint

Hi Armstrong Carpenter,

Cloud computing allows anyone with an internet connection to access information that is “in the clouds” if I may say so. The reason you are having access issues could be that the presentation setting was not changed to public view.

To elaborate;

–     At Google docs, click on upload files, highlight the file to be uploaded and begin the upload. A dialogue box should come up upon which you should check convert documents to the corresponding Google docs format. This conversion allows your document to be editable.

–     When upload is complete the default setting for viewing presentations is usually private. This setting should be changed to public using the share menu. This will make the presentation available to anyone on the internet; therefore the presentation will be accessible.
