Issue with Sandbox V 7.0

Hi to all. We are trying to create campaigns through the internet in the Sandbox V7.0. We cannot complete 2nd and 3rd steps in this process. I have added the screenshot with the error message. Your help would be much appreciated with this regard and thanks in advance. Also could anyone please explain how we can use the sandbox environment to improve our project work?

Issue with Sandbox V 7.0

The screenshot you posted is very small and hard to distinguish. It’s hard to understand what the words are saying with that size of the image. You should make it larger and more distinguishable next time so we can easily determine what seems to be causing the problem. But since this is the case, try restarting the computer then try again. If it still doesn’t work, try uninstalling the program that you are using then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. After that, install the application again and restart what you are doing.

You may also try upgrading your current version of the program if you are not using the latest version.
