Issue with secure document Plugin Adobe reader

I am trying to open a secure PDF file. This file contains my transaction history and hence it was given secured. But when I open, it takes me to a website where a list of secure document plugin adobe reader is available. Can you please help me opening the file?

                If a PDF file has master restriction or a user password I use software to unlock it. I recommend for you to use this.  http://www.securase.com/open-secure-pdf-files.html. The PDF Unlocker tool removes full master restriction from the PDF file; and also you can easily execute editing and printing. And also the extraction and copying of a PDF file.
