Issues with MS outlook exchange server
This error usually arises when you access your Outlook Email offline. To resolve this issue, Outlook need
to be synchronized. Here’s what you need to do.
Open Microsoft Outlook.
Synchronize the required Outlook folder.
Select the Send/Receive menu.
Or head to Tools and choose this Folder for the option to synchronize the chosen off-line folder.
Clicking on the Send/Receive menu button, would allow all off-line folders to be synchronized.
Go to Tools menu, followed by Options. To perform automatic synchronization.
Send immediately once connected under Send and Receive must be selected.
Make sure to select on Perform automatic send/receive once exiting.
Click Close.
Click OK.
Now you have got with successfully synchronized Outlook.
If that doesn’t work, another resolution would be to delete the account and then reconfigure your email to Outlook.
