 Can you tell me if it is advisable to duplicate about 100k of ASP.NET application in Domino? What could be the pros and cons in doing so? Thanks!

Hallo Samantha Williams,,

I think it will be far much better for you to duplicate the ASP.NET application because that process will give you a chance to reuse some resources which may not be dynamic or are not likely to change like images and cascading style sheets.

But when we look at it from the point of view of a business, there are some things are very crucial for you to consider them. You will need to estimate the cost at which you will be rebuilding the system, and to do that you have to consider what you will get for the money that you will use for rebuilding. You will also have to consider if the same application will be sitting on a different platforms and what you will be saving by not having two platforms to support the same application

But ultimately, I think duplicate the ASP.NET application will be of an advantage compared to rebuilding the existing application.
