I did try to install Firefox version 3.6.6 into my computer. While trying to install I received an error message of policy restriction and the software can not install. The error message you can see in the below attached image. Can I change the policy If how it is possible?

C:AppsFirefox Setup 3.6.6.exe

Windows cannot open this program because it has been prevented by a software restriction policy. For more information, open Event Viewer or contact your system administrator.

It has been prevented by a software restriction policy

Firefox version 3.6.6 was released on June 27th, 2010, which was two years and eight months ago. Sometimes, the old version of the software does not support the updated version, so it may create problems.

Your software may also need to be reinstalled. You can download Firefox version 3.6.6.

If this doesn’t solve your problem, you must use the latest version of Firefox. Download the latest version of Firefox, 19.0.2, 

Now try to install it and you able to install it easily.
