Is it possible to create aero cursor png image?

Want to know that is it possible to create aero cursor png image? If yes, then how we can do this? I am using windows 2008 server it has plain white mouse pointer by default, but I am interested in installing aero cursor, which is similar as in windows vista or n windows 7. How can I customize my cursor by using png images?
