Is it possible to customize Windows XP desktop sc2?

I'm trying to use a GIF image file from sc2 as my desktop image.  Is it possible, while in desktop, for the image to also be animated?  Can I customize windows xp desktop sc2 with GIF image?

Hi Joel,

Yes you can customize you GIF image on your desktop .You should to go your appearance setting and open a desktop folder and use you GIF Image there and save that image after this procedure you will allow your GIF image as a Desktop image it will work.

Is it possible to customize Windows XP desktop sc2?

Hi Joelabrame,

 

Yes, it is possible to use an animated GIF as your Windows XP desktop background.

To do this, follow these steps:

1)      Right-click anywhere on an empty space on your desktop.

2)      Select Properties.

3)      Click on the Desktop tab.

4)      Click on Browse.

5)      Find the GIF file you got from sc2 and select it.

6)      Click Apply

7)      Click Ok.

 

Your desktop background should be animated now.
